Liability, use and acknowledge
NERC British Isles continuous GNSS Facility (BIGF) data and/or products are currently available, free of charge, to approved users. NERC BIGF cannot make any warranty, express or implied, or assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any data and/or product or information supplied by NERC BIGF. Use of NERC BIGF data and information are the sole responsibility of the user.

NERC data policy
NERC's data policy applies to all usage of this website, referring in particular to users acknowledging the source of data and products.

Conditions of use and reuse
I agree not to use BIGF data and/or products for any purpose other than that detailed in the application made to, and for which permission was given by, BIGF.

I agree not to pass the BIGF data and/or products to any third party, for any purpose.

I agree that I may continue to hold and reuse the BIGF data and/or products supplied to me, provided that I gain a further permission from BIGF, through the use of the database query and request form.

I agree to keep BIGF informed of any publications or presentations made that arise from the use of BIGF data and/or products.

Acknowledgement statement, for academic users only
I agree to acknowledge the services of BIGF in providing data and/or products to the project in question, in all written, electronic and verbal media, whether directly or indirectly related to the use of BIGF data and/or products, as follows:
